MyCommunity has a very clear interface (see all the grabs below), with a lot of distilled wisdom (from a range of the leading community support institutions) about what topics will be most important to time-pressed community actors. (Note: the institutions that are pooling their archives are in a panel at the end).
The bit we really like is simple but should happen a lot more - the results of your search are gathered together in a single URL, making it easy to bookmark and save your enquiries. Kudos to William Joseph, the site’s designers.
