Veganuary might be coming to an end but - from the looks of it - the vegan revolution is far from over. More than 160,000 people from across the world signed up for the campaign (100,000 more than last year!) with 73,691 taking part in the UK alone. For the new or still-aspiring vegans, the flow of support and inspiration does not end here - there are an array of vegan events, meet-ups and YouTube channels to keep you going.

One of the initiative at the heart of the revolution is titled (very appropriately) Vevolution - a vegan and conscious-living events and media start-up based in London. Started in late 2016 by couple Judy Nadel and Damien Clarkson, Vevoluton has a mission to showcase people with great stories and ideas to create a better world. The focus is not to promote or 'sell' veganism and vegan products. Rather, they want to create and support the growth of a stronger, more inclusive and nonjudgemental community of people, who are passionate about creating positive social and environmental change.

They aim to make their events fun, inspiring and educational. The 2017 festival with a variety of workshops, panels, talks and vegan freebies attracted 550 people with tickets for the event selling out over a month in advance. As well as the annual festival, they also created a monthly series of educational events called Vevolution Topics. These provide a platform for the leading lights in the movement, a chance for the community to come together, and for those new to veganism to come and learn more.
